What this site is

This site provides information about our studio, our games and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Descriptions of games in development — including release windows, features and platforms — describe our intentions at the time of writing. Games in development change, and some are cancelled. Nothing here is a promise that a game will be released or will contain a particular feature.

Using the site

You may read, print and share our pages for your own or your organisation’s internal use. You may not:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it
• attempt to reach parts of the site that are not public
• scrape or harvest content or personal data from it
• misrepresent your identity or your organisation when using our forms
• submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing someone else’s rights

Intellectual property

The Caribbean Games Inc. name, the Soley mark and all logo files, the Kwaze rosette, game titles including Dekabes Domino, and the art, text, layout and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission.

Press kit exception: logos, screenshots and boilerplate published on our Press page may be reproduced without asking, for the purpose of reporting on or reviewing us or our games. They may not be altered, used to imply we endorse something, or used as part of someone else’s brand.

The underlying rules of domino games are not owned by anyone. Our implementation of them is.

Things you send us

When you submit a form you keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to do the work you are asking about.

Please do not send us game ideas, designs or concepts you consider confidential or want paid for. We build games professionally and may already be working on, or may later work on, something similar. Unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential and create no obligation on us. If you want a confidential conversation, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first and wait until it is signed.

Other people’s sites

We link to app stores, social platforms and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. It is provided as is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Liability cap: [to be confirmed].

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
